B&M's Pave N Drain

I used this business based on a review to empty a driveway soak well and quote on installing another one. It was unfortunately my worst trades experience. I got an expensive quote of around $1460 being told this was a complex job and I accepted based on reviews. I was stunned when an unknown presumably subcontracted person arrived and in 60-80 minutes removed the drain cover removed 3 wheelbarrows of sand and leaves, replaced the cover, cemented it and left. Allowing $260 to remove/ replace the drain that was $400 for each wheelbarrow full of sand/leaves. Incredible! On a time basis the cost was $1000/hour. Unbelievable! When I queried this with the business owner I was told that this was a highly technical job requiring years of know how and expertise. To dig sand out of a concrete liner? Hello? Sounds as believable as the tooth fairy. Make sure you get additional quotes.

Amazing experience from B&M's Pave N Drain. They did a fantastic job on my driveway, and it looks better than ever. Pave N Drain assessed our drainage issues and came up with a very good design though only early days since the site work was completed. We had 4 soakwells installed and connected into our drainage systems as well as a grated drain across the front of our double garage and some paving maintenance on our driveway.We appreciated the work was carried out on the day advised when we received our quote. Work was well planned and was carried without any disruption to our daily activities. The workmen were very polite and friendly and left the work site neat and tidy.I would recommend this company for your domestic drainage and paving projects.

Dean was so great to deal with from start to finish. Initially contacted 6 months ago for a quote and offered some good advice. We chose to concrete instead of pave and he sorted this for us with no problems. The quality of work was fantastic and couldn't be happier.
