I rang at 8.15 a.m. and by 10.30 a.m. Plumbdog had detected my leak,confirmed it wasn't the pipes, replaced the faulty tap, tidied up their work area and were out the door. They also identified a leak with my Water Corp stop tap and logged a fault with Water Corp on my behalf to have it resolved. Up front price confirmed before work commenced which was very reasonable, overall a great experience and will use them again for sure.

Recently made offer on house and there were structural problems involving a gas meter box. Darius's quick response meant I was able to efficiently organise quotation and communicate with the real estate. I needed the quote done urgent and Darius was great, responding quickly and efficiently. He also supplied a detailed quote and once things were sorted he offered his feedback on the negotiation with the real estate. Very happy with the service, thank you Darius.

Plumdog Midland's service was amazing! A confirmed start time was agreed when I made the booking and I received a text message to confirm that Darius was on his way (just like Uber, I was given a link that enabled me to track him approaching which was really helpful in terms of knowing when Darius would be arriving). Darius did a great job for a confirmed price. It was great to have such a reliable tradesperson. We will certainly be using Plumdog whenever we have plumbing work required and will happily refer them to any friends or associates who are in need of a good plumber!

I often utilise the services of Darius Lawson at Plumbdog Midland for the really tricky and intricate jobs i come across in my role as plumber / gas-fitter. Whether it be simply as a sounding board on the phone, or whether i require his services in person on site, Darius's knowledge and skills are second to none particularly when it come to leak detection, hot water repairs and drain cleaning.
