I've used these guys on half a dozen projects where an excavator and concrete soak wells wouldn't work. The products, prices and service are all excellent. Jamie is always very helpful.

Top quality service and a great product. I requested a quote from Jamie on a Wednesday, had a soakwell plan on Thursday and delivery on Friday!He stuck around for nearly an hour building the soakwells for me and guiding me through DIY installations, without trying to convince me that it would be too hard and just hire him to do it.In my opinion DIY Soakwells is a top example of how business should be run!

Amazing service. Jamie will deliver the soakwells and construct on site. All you need to do is wrap them and install the inlets. Easy as. Loads of industry experience to assist with the install. Couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

Jamie doesn't charge enough!Products are priced better than competitors and his customer service is outstanding. Jamie ran through the setup with a personal one-on-one session at my house when he delivered then items the very next day after ordering, I feel like I should have paid him more for this service! I have no hesitation to recommend DIY Soakwells to anyone in need of a soakwell solution. Great work Jamie, thanks so much.

I have just added a room to my house and the builder did not include the required soak wells. I contacted DIY Soakwells and spoke via phone and net to Jamie, who explained the process of installing them yourself. I ordered everything from the company's website. Jamie delivered all the required materials and helped me assemble the soakwell. His service is first class and friendly. He answers all questions and gives great practical advice. Recommended.
